Finlay Brewer
Leading prime West London estate agency Finlay Brewer is a longstanding client of Ellwood’s and the founders turned to our design and marketing team to refresh their branding to mark their 35th anniversary.
Following an extensive period of consultation and research, Ellwood’s design team created a new set of brand guidelines and main logo, as well as a selection of sub logos, such as a special anniversary edition, that maintained the iconic colour palette but with a refreshing new look and feel.
Ellwood has also produced corporate materials for Finlay Brewer, such as pens and umbrellas, as well as brand new valuation packs, whilst also delivering a bi-yearly market report newsletter, which includes bespoke copy and is produced for print and online distribution.
